Summary
I am looking for people who are ready to help others and themselves by sharing their thoughts, experiences. People who are willing to improve mental health.Detailed description
I will organise two workshops where I will be teaching how to approach children with intricate topics such as bullying, peer pressure, anxiety and mood swings. We will learn how to conduct sessions/workshops, how to get children to build interest and how to communicate with them overall. After these workshops, you can continue this project on your own by taking weekly sessions with children. In general, we all will be better able to understand children. This workshop will be through google meet.
About Changemaker Ridhuraj
Let's become the generation of change!
I am Ridhuraj Dadhwadia,18 years old girl from India. I started my project called Colour Your Soul which focuses on psychological/mental health of children with special emphasis on issues like bullying and peer pressure. I started this project since I too was bullied during my school years and wanted to help and spread awareness about the topic. Peer pressure is something which we all face throughout our lives and identifying good one and bad is important in our lives. I use art therapy along with different activities in my weekly sessions and host monthly workshops to train others. I hope I am able to help and let children stay kids forever.
