The global war on terror has exposed the children of Pakistan to everlasting consequences of violent extremism.
In the case of Sameer's community, children have been exposed to direct and indirect impact of violent extremism in multiple ways such as acceptance of other cultures, racism and religious differences.
In order to raise awareness on the dangers of extremism and on the importance of peace, Sameer wants to organize puppet shows on peace related stories to develop a peaceful thinking of children. At the same time, he wants to organize art workshops in which children will learn how to counter terrorism through art and a peace march.
